I spent 10 years working as a lawyer, completed an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the London School of Economics, and worked at institutions like the UN and led programmes of the European Commission – building things that looked right on paper. Until I realised I was building from other people's frameworks, not my own design.
